Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using Greymet's software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Provision
We provide custom software development, AI integration, and digital transformation services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for custom software developed by Greymet remain our property until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client.
User Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project completion. Misuse of our services or website is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Greymet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
