Agreement to Terms
These Terms are entered into between you and Techhaven, operating under the trade name Greymet Technology. By accessing our website or using our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Service Provision
Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") provides custom software development, AI integration, and digital transformation services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights for custom software developed by Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") remain our property until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client.
User Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project completion. Misuse of our services or website is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Techhaven is the legal contracting party. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
